Your payment must clear before we issue your “Certificate Number” We can only authorize codes on business days. Remember to keep your “Certificate Number” safe. Once a code is released to you it is active and can be used to create a personalized photo pillow.

Once your “Certificate Number” is received, you will be able to redeem the “Certificate Number” in the Consumer Textile Workshop at www.pictureweave.com. Simply click on “Enter the Textile Workshop” button and enter your “Certificate Number” to proceed. Follow the simple steps to complete your order and upload your photograph. You will be given the option of picking out your own border and style. In a matter of weeks, your new heirloom will be delivered to your door. Keep a copy of your “Certificate Number”. You will be able to track the progress and status of your order by visiting www. pictureweave.com and clicking on the “Check Order Status” button. Enter your “Certificate Number” and you will get the status and tracking number.
