What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Payments are accepted using the secure online services of Pay Pal. A Pay Pal account is not neccessary to use this service.
Because we respect your privacy, we do not rent, share, or sell any information.

What shipping method do you use?
We ship UPS ground or USPS within the continental US unless otherwise specified and cost is dependent on destination.

 How much does it cost to ship?
Shipping is added to your order at the time of checkout according to your order’s weight. Once you entered your information and click to verify your order, your shipping costs will be displayed.

 How long does it take to make?
Fulfillment for our woven products is approximately two (2) to four (4) weeks from the day we receive the photo. Often, much faster. Customized printed photo gifts usually ship within two (2) weeks. Please allow extra time during the holiday season.

 What is our return policy?
We take great pride in the production of each photo gift order. Due to the customization we do not accept returns. However, in the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect in your product, just email us within seven (7) days of receiving it, obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA), return your unwanted item, and we will remake it at no charge to you. No returns without authorization in advance. No refunds on shipping charges.

 What if I gave the wrong spelling of the name or provided incorrect information for my item?
Misspelled names or incorrect information do not qualify for any type of refund or remanufacturing. Remanufacturing will be performed at your expense.

Photo Questions

 How do I choose the best photo?
Almost any photo or flat artwork can be made into a woven product. The quality of your photo is important. The best results will come from a photo that is crisp, clear and has good contrast. Blurry pictures will make your final product blurry. Choose a picture that has good skin tones, nice colors, and no shadows. A white subject on a white background will not yield the best product, nor will dark on dark. The main subject of your photo should take up 60-80% of your photo.

 What if my photo is unacceptable?
We analyze all pictures that are submitted to us before an item is made. If we find your picture is unacceptable we will notify you so you may submit another picture.

 What is the recommended maximum number of people/pets/buildings I can have in a woven product?
The rule of thumb for this is quite simple. 1-3-5 or one (1) image for a pillow (our smallest item), three (3) for a 30×40 blanket and five (5) for the 40×60 blanket. You can have as many people/pets/buildings in the photo as you would like, but remember that the smaller the detail, the less likely it is to show up in a woven piece. A throw or blanket with a couple of large faces will yield higher detail in those faces compared to a photo with ten (10) people in it. This type of order will be made at your own risk.

Can I add text to my product?
Most items can be personalized by adding text. An extra charge will apply. Items that cannot be personalized are noted in the description of the product.

Can I send a color picture?
Yes. Any picture, color, black and white, or sepia photographs will work fine and produce a good product. While we can certainly weave your product from any photo, an older photo will not be the best choice unless it has been restored and is still very clear.

 Will my photo be cropped?
Yes. Some photos will need to be cropped in order to achieve the correct proportion to create your photo gift. By placing an order with us you give us permission to crop your photograph when required. We will crop your photo to focus on the main subject. By doing so, you receive a better product.

 Will my throw or blanket be printed horizontal or vertical?
Orientation of your blanket is dependent on the picture that you provide. The photo may be enlarged or reduced so as to create the most beautiful rendition in either a vertical or horizontal format.

Can I print the picture and then mail it to you?
No. Printouts do not produce quality results. Please upload your photo at time of order.

How do I send the file? What type of image do you accept?
Files can be uploaded to our site at the time of your order. The only file types accepted for upload are JPG files with minimal compression. If you over-compress, the image will be blurry and pixelated. Please make sure the photo is of reasonably high resolution. We suggest a minimum of 1280×960 pixels or roughly one (1) megapixel. Do not send pictures from a camera phone.

What if I have a printed photo?
In order to use a printed photo you will need to scan it into digital format at 300 dpi.

 Can I use a Copyrighted photo?
Copyrighted photos will not be accepted without written permission from the photographer. A copyrighted picture usually will be identified by the words, “Copyrighted photo – do not copy” imprinted on the back of the photo, a copyrighted logo, or a professionally published photo or artwork such as a magazine photo. Please select another photo if you are in doubt as to whether your submission is copyrighted.

 Will the images and colors fade on my throw or blanket?
No. The images are woven into our woven products so they will not fade – even after repeated washings. If left in direct sunlight for very long periods of time, there may be some minor fading.

What are the care instructions?
We recommend washing throws or blankets by hand washing in cool water using a mild detergent or machine wash on gentle cycle separately. Air or tumble dry on cool cycle. And of course, you should never use bleach when washing this product. Due to the nature of the backing and lining of our wallhangings, bags, pillows and other photo gifts we recommend spot cleaning only.
